Help wanted in writing guides

Hey, im making a comprehensive guide for EU - kinda like the one you get as a pdf when you download EU. I have asked for permission of some of the guieds here on the site, but I need a lot more guides than those.

The guides here on the site is very "Got a problem doing X - then read this".. And thats very good, but I would very much like it if we could make a kind of "manual" for the universe. Taking from downloading the game, to hunting uber mobs...

The guide will still be in chapters, like a hunting chapter.. a "general movement inside EU" chapter.. and so on...

There wont be any payment involved - but you will get your name on the guide...

So no money but endless fame

it is mainly written for disciples(im too lazy to write everything again and again with PMs, so the intention is pretty selfish

hmm, isn't the new guides on the EU website ok to start with? After the rework, I think they expleined a lot.

they cover a lot of the stuff, yes.. but something as "etiquette" isent there.. neither is "trading".. ot selecting a profession.. or "Your first day in Entropia Universe - what should you do"...

The guide im writing is kind a like a walkthrough..

.. ofc also with all the other stuff..

if you send the newcomer a msh where you state that the oil rig is a way for them to gain money, then you know what i think about possible help (don't forget: "this is an animal, it may kill you")
the other thing, if you want to mentor, it is always a pro when you can say you wrote a guide

next thing, who reads the manual?, i didn't, and usually don't anyway
and if you put some work in a guide, you can show that you are interested in newcomers (it speaks for itself that MA waited so long until those tutorials where useful, sidenote), and interested to help the community

I did this one a while back, for people buying and selling their things to help them get a good price & not to get ripped off.

There have been several security postings on the site.. If you didnt think about those, you might wanna add those as well..

I think he speak of that.
And for me som basis security info are needed , like special email for PE , avoid social engineering and so on...
Also something about how to use new MA site , because its a big mess ...When you see the site , no need to be einstein to found it was made by MA ...; its same logic as game ..
