Yes, unfortunately several of our team members have special family occassions that will have us away for one or the other of the two slots on Saturday making them both pretty unlikely for us.

Ultimately we would manage if needed, but we would prefer to go Sunday or Friday is possible.

Howdy folks, my dear ex-general Caveman asked me to join Team Eudoria and as it seems alot of fun with fun ppl in the team, I didn't hesitate many seconds :)

Eudoria,

Having discussed to some length the options available for our match, Scotland would like to propose the match slot of Friday evening. Friday or Sunday both would work for us, but historically in the EU, loots on Sundays tend to be less and we would like to maximize the opportunity of both teams to score big.

That being the case (or at least superstition) we would prefer the Friday evening time slot over all others if you can accommodate that.

Unfortunately it seems that most of our members would prefer the Sunday time slot as it is not as late as the Friday one (we have mostly MA time +2 i believe).

So if its possible for you to field a team on Sunday we would appreciate it.

BTW our last hunt was on Sunday and I believe me managed to gather a nice amount of globals, so I wouldnt worry that much about the loots being poor(er) then any other day ;)

Ahh yes, that 1 point lead over Scotland that was a variety bonus. ;)

Although, I think between Scotland, Germany and the USA, there were a lot more globals on a Saturday then there were on the Sunday.

:D

Anyway, Sunday should be ok as well, we just wanted to toss out the idea of a Friday for the bigger and better loots.

Me neither...though it almost feels like it after being captain of the scoring team a few times now. :D
 
I think it's time we wished our fine Captain Mr Clam a Happy Birthday.....

I, for one will be singing him the Eudorain anthem as a special gift :yay: (my singing voice leaves alot to be desired so it won't be that special, a bit shit actually, but there you are)

I am not sure what time i will be back on Sunday but will try to make support if at all possible......

News and Update:

Stage 3 concludes next weekend with the Round 3 hunts.

There are different Time-Slots next weekend and some changes for Stage 4 the weekend after. These changes are mostly because I forgot I was on holiday in Cyprus for 2 weeks:)

So: Time-Slots for next weekend
(Round 3) are:

Friday 27th April: 21:00

Saturday 28th April: 01:00

Saturday 28th April: 12:00

Saturday 28th April: 16:00

Saturday 28th April: 22:00

Sunday 29th April: 08:00

Pleae contact the team you are matched aginst in Round 3 and PM me with your confirmed hunt time. Some flexibility over slots is available, but NONE AFTER THE LAST SUNDAY ONE (I will be on a plane)

Stage 4 Info:

After the Stage 3 hunts are over and progression is known, The Tournament will be handled by J Boy and the Judges for Stage 4. It will be J boy you pm your confirmed Stage 4 times to. Judges will be on hand for all slots.

Stage 4 will be the top 2 teams in each group in a one-on-one knockout match against each other.

There will be 6 teams, so 3 hunts in all. These will ALL take place on one day: Sunday 6th May.

You will hunt against the other team to score highest from your group in Stage 3. 3 teams go through to the Final on Saturday 19th May.

Time Slots for Stage 4, Sunday 6th May:

00:00,

12:00,

16:00.

After Midnight Thursday 3rd of May, NO REMAINING TEAMS CAN DROP MEMBERS.

Please submit any news of members leaving BEFORE this deadline.

Any teams not full (12 members) can continue to sign players until full: but no players can be dropped!. The team you enter Stage 4 with cannot lose any players.

Last time my parents came home from Africa the day we had the hunt ... yesterday I had my little daughter with me and only participated the very last part (.. with a lot of dieing - awesome to see an Uber in action though :D). But what a great hunt you had :yay:

Next weekend I have guests from Holland and have no chance of participating with my noob fap :( Sorry, girls/guys. What a personal disappointment that is ... Especially because I global a lot lately on Ambus :D... I will throw Lootius at your way though ...
