Maronelle pulled a ninja stealth accu spawn PK on me the other day while hanging around a certain Narc & Niks spot a few miners seem to be fond of... :tongue2:

Did you actually read the OP? The problem here appears to be that the mob (in this case an atrax, which has quite a lot of HP) appears in the water, destroys the boat and then drowns. In case you hadn't noticed, mobs that die to drowning or turrets can't be looted. And not all of us carry (or can use, for that matter) huge weapons that can kill something like an atrax in one shot - which is all you get in this situation.

I've had similar experiences near turrets - get hit, and hit big (thus incurring decay on armour and FAP) by a mob that spawns right next to me and dies before I can do anything.
 
Its weird that mobs pop outta nowhere like that. Even more in water.

Well guess what it made it worse....I was getting rubber band lag last night it was so bad. 19 attempts to get into my boat and I was moved back further away each time. Its bad enough now I cant tell if I have the mining bug.. the laag is simply over 3 minutes and you literaly have to stand and wait now. or MA is just that dickless and stingy now along with being fucked up with these mob spawns landing on my head. What ever they did these last 3 VU's Id gladly lose skills in a reset back to the time before that if they undo what ever they fucked up.

And before the morons start posting maybe its my system search the posts I made about it before you do and save yer self the embarassment.
 
I don't get it. I do not see the problem with any of this. You say is expensive? You say you lose ammo, armor decay, fap decay? But then again, is not this the reason you go out and not stay all day in Twin? To have fun?
You have ANY prove that that extra decay is not counted by the system and returned to you in form of loot at a later time when you actually DO loot a mob or drop a bomb or click a BP?

If you count all your expenses over a long period of time and you can prove that you get a lot less TT return than that 85-90%, and you suspect you lose all that because of those spawns, I am with you. MA sucks and we should !!!! them somehow. But I do not think you lose more. I think this is just another system that makes things more challenging and fun, and is great to have it here.

What may be bad for you is that you pay uber markup on uber vehicles that die to mobs. Then again, don't spend hours after hours doing nothing than driving around looking awesome FOR FREE. You should pay for that. And ninja spawn is a decent way to do it. And 1 pec decay once in a blue moon, won't kill ya. If it will, die already.

Now they need mobs that do a lot of damage to slepnirs and helicopters. It will help a lot the economy by burning more of those, looting more BP's, and overall making more people happy.

Sitting for 5 minutes while you wait for your laggy orefinder to detect a claim, and a random mob is busy chomping away at you, and you can't switch to your gun or spawn your vehicle.... is neither challenging nor fun. It's just plain frustrating.
