Hey ND a bit on topic but also a bit offtopic, you might want to get to contact Twitter to get your account verified, and doing so preventing anyone from impersonating you. More info about it is here: http://twitter.com/help/verified

They're only doing with a handful of accounts right now, but hopefully you can get yours verified propmptly, now that you're going "big" I think this would be a smart move. :D
 
No twitter, no facebook, no myspace. Now or ever. I guess I'll just have to rely on old fashioned web pages, RSS feeds, press releases, and conventional media for finding out what is going on in the world.

It has been brought to my attention that the Planet Partner Agreement strictly Prohibits Planet Owners or planet Partner Employees from Playing Entropia universe with private Avatars...

IF Mindark Choose to make public the specifics of this agreement, then that is up to them.

In general though What that means as far as I understand it regarding ROCKtropia and NEVERDIE Studios is that all of our Private Avatars must cease to engage in all End User Game Play activities, excluding perhaps logging in to manage pre-exisiting assets, until such time that employment is terminated.

All Official (Non Private) NDS or ROCktropia Avatars will be subject to Severe restrictions. (Management, Demo, Guide, Test, Roleplay Avatars, etc)

Further Clarification will be provided here if appropriate or necessary.

Mastermesh, you already quoted and linked this thread in another discussion. No need to necro this one. I don't think anyone is really denying that @nevereverdie is his real twitter account. All a person needed to do was look back and see the globals on that twitter account then cross reference them with entropia tracker.
Please keep discussions in the thread dedicated to prevent split discussions on the same matter.

I wish I was a mod, :). Anything not directly associated with gameplay would be deleted. Oh and freedom of speech would disappear. I'm a big fan of censorship :)

Well, he does deposit quite a lot... From what I have seen with support, that gives him special benefits although they do not say he gets any special benefits.. :)

I think they allow him to stay around for promotional purposes... when n00bs see his new found money from virtual sales they'll make an account and log in. Once they login they'll see his HoF because he gets them by the minute and then they're hooked. Not to mention the occasional puny HoF that draws their attention too :)

Went from playing 50 hours a week to not even logging in 5 hours. TY Neverdie for being a scumbag. He definately put me over the edge on my way to withdrawing. The money he brings into game may be well outdone by the outflow from his selfish selfserving actions!

If he's not keeping the lot, where is it being put?!?... Sure 55 peds may not be a lot, but to a lot of avatars that is quite a bit...

killing a mob and looting sure sounds like an end user play activity to me. Where's the ammo for that gun coming from and where's the 55 peds going to? If this is not an end user activity and he's just handing out the peds to any avatars near him while he hunts can Marco start doing that over here on Calypso too?
 
First of all, let me say that I would be very disappointed to find out that the planet partners could use their knowledge to unfairly participate in the game.

That being said, wasn't Neverdie's original avatar's name his RL name with "Neverdie" as the nickname?

Is there any link between the avatar in your SS and Jon Jacobs? Could it just be an avatar created by someone trying to stir up some controversy?

As I recall, didn't MA create demo accounts for tradeshows that could not trade with other players and whose ped cards got transferred back to MA or "the loot pool" or whatever? Couldn't they do that for planet partner test avatars?

I have no reason to believe or disbelieve any of these cases is true here, I'm just asking questions.

The "Nevereverdie" name is the name ND uses for his Twitter and email account. He has set up his activity in game (such as quests, hunting, mining and crafting results) to auto post at Twitter, and I think Facebook if I'm not mistaken. As far as I know, he still operates the same NEVERDIE avatar in game. If anyone had created a "nevereverdie" avatar, then I doubt that they would have access to his Twitter or Facebook account in order to have their activities auto post.

ND clarifies in the OP that this is his Twitter account name, and invites everyone to follow him.
