Simple... Get a mirror the same size as your monitor screen, unscrew the back of the monitor, take the screen out, replace with mirror, screw the back on. Job done.

Oh.. don't connect power back to it, that'd be a bad idea.

If it is a glossy LCD, Plasma, or CRT, just turn it off...

no no no none of this will work you have to use he image I posted =)

http://monitormirror.com/ maybe?!?...

At work I just use an old rear view mirror that I have on a shelf. Nice to see people walking up behind you in your 40 hour a week cubicle prison cell.

A webcam would work if you pointed it at yourself I guess...

One really weird thing I did once involved using a vcr and an ati-all-in wonder video card... Somehow I hooked it up so that the tv out from the card went to the tv in on the vcr, and vice versa. I don't remember the exact way I hooked it up but you know how if you put two mirrors together you can "see in to infinity" - it worked on there too.. the image in the computer's program that showed what the tv was seeing saw the computer monitor... and inside of there was an exact copy of the same thing inside of the window on the mini-screen inside of a screen, and it kept doing that so that there was smaller and smaller screens inside of a screen of the same thing until it went down to the one pixel level and I could not see any smaller than that since screen did not allow it... it was literally looking in to infinity just like in real world but with a video loop back thingy. It was very cool, even though it was a bit silly. Sort of got me thinking about metaphysical junk.

also...

also... at the local wal-mart and casino I have seen weird little window thingys where they have computer screens inside of mirrors. It's a little odd to be washing your hands in a restroom at a casino and see this little tv thingy staring back at you inside of the mirror.

It is not possible to turn a normal monitor into a mirror. Consider that a mirror will actually reflect light, meaning what u see in the mirror depends on the angle u see it with.

One could full screen a webcam and get something that would function similar to a mirror in some regards.

I doubt OP is serious :D

You can also convert your monitor into a printer by placing it on top of a photocopier. Makes those screenies so much easier to print!!:hammer:

You all are forgetting the obvious.

tape a piece of aluminum foil over the screen. :)
